Pros

The water out of this thing is so crisp and lowkey better, idk why. Didn't really get the hydro flask craze but now owning one, it all makes sense. Drawback is they are a little bulky to hold but you manage so its worthwhile!

Cons

The lid/cap is garbage. Disappointing considering this was on the pricier side.

The water is somewhat cold but not what i expect. The ice melts quickly imo.

It also has gotten dented, even though it is not handled roughly. The return window is closed, so we are stuck with this one defect. Except the lid and straw, i'd be returning it.

But this is just such a product.

I have 2 similar bottles of a different brand with the same kind of pop up straw.
