Pros

Both of the kiddos use them and we have had zero issues. No leaking at all when held on its side or even upside down.

Cons

When it does work i get 30% water and 70% air and it is super loud. There are cheaper options that work better.

This particular leaks. Now it leaks whenever it is not upright. There isn't anything special about this lid that justifies a higher price, even if it didn't leak.

Just go the original hydro flask and get their insulated ones. The new one leaks out the sides everywhere. Pic #3 shows the lid from the store. This new one is cheap!

Water leaks into the area where the straw folds down, and when you pick it up a small amount of water spills onto you. Somehow the liquid comes up through a pin hole under the spout and settles under it.
