Cons

There is nothing to keep the straw clicked into place. As you drink, the straw closes by itself and the water flow stops. Same goes for dropping the bottle from within inches of a wooden floor.

The ice was melted in less than 2 hours. Not well insulated. The window seal was shaded all day.

What a joke. Worst service ever. Never again. What a hassle. Waste of money. Not worth the price at all.
