Pros
It is nice and thick, comes on a sturdy roll and delivered easily in a very long box. Got a good price with prime shipping so couldn't pass it up. It is what is states and it was shipped quickly.
Permaflect sheet is durable enough to wipe down with a damp rag no problem. There is a grid of reinforcing material inside the reflective sheet that makes it strong and hard to rip. Very durable tough material.
Cons
Not all of it could be used. It is to thin and does not ref;ect any thing like a mirror foil.

Thicker and and more durable than expected does the job of spreading the light to lower leaves utilizing more light.
I was more than satisfied at this impeccable gesture of quality control.
It is much tougher and doesn't crease like aluminum foil.
This would not be good for use as a mirror however as there is a blurry effect caused by the reinforcing grid.

I used this to make a house of mirrors for my sons birthday & it was the least expensive way to do it, very happy!
And you get alot for the price far as i can tell.
The stuff they sell is expensive to use as radiant barrier and this does the job for 1/4 the price.

I actually ended up removing the reflection from the top just so i can let out some heat because the light and heat was staying concentrated in one small area and my succulents werent happy

Tape and glue sticks to the film very well almost too well be sure youre taping correctly because tape is hard to pull off this stuff
