Hygger ultra-silent piezoelectric ceramic mini air pump hg-811 is for my small bow aquarium which i think is 2. We usually unplug it when we’re around it as it’s noticeably present.

When connecting the hose and the ball at the end, the sound and whistle of air becomes stronger. Works perfectly with the hygger mini sponge filter.

Highly recommend. Now that i figured it out, it's great!

Cons

Right out of the box had a weak suction. It has periods of quietness then intense buzzing. I have an old rena air pump with higher capacity that's quieter.
