Pros
This is a great system for decrystalizing honey, without heating to a temperature that would destroy the enzymes. The heater keeps the fountain water at 68 even when it is freezing outside (in the 30s) my fountain is about 180 gallons.
Overall a decent product. In my experience it is very rare to see any seller stand behind their product so well. Great price for such a fancy heater.
If i haven't updated this review, it's safe to assume the heater is still working perfectly for me! Tried several heaters in the past. Works well in our 29 gallon aquarium. Using it on my 20 gallon aio innovative marine tank.
Separate thermometer/ thermostat with clear digital readings. By far the best i’ve had, they’re way more durable than glass heaters and aswell as accurate to 1-2 degrees!
Controls are not the most intuitive and the manual is in broken english, but i can overlook those flaws because the heaters have been rock solid. Easy to set up and install. Read instructions to understand how operates. The heater works great.
Cons
The heating element stopped working after less than 12 hours of use. It seems to be an internal electronic malfunction. The heater wont heat up even when plugged into an outlet.

Mine are set to 78 degrees and checking with two other thermometers they both were at 77-79 at all times!

And they shipped twice in only padded envelope which didn't seem sterdy enough anyway.
Mine arrived with only one suction cup.
I got a response the same day, and they mailed me 2 replacement suction cups.

2nd one didn't even have it bagged/packed up within box.
