Pros

Easy to install and program. Read instructions to understand how operates. none. I can overlook those flaws because the heaters have been rock solid.

The tank stays between 76 and 77 with ease. The heater keeps the fountain water at 68 even when the outdoor temperature is in the 30s. Didn't use it for an aquarium but used it to maintain a water bath fixture.

Separate thermometer/ thermostat with clear digital readings. By far the best i’ve had, they’re way more durable than glass heaters and aswell as accurate to 1-2 degrees!

Cons

It seems to turn itself off and you need to power cycle to turn it back on. Figured there must be a connection loose. The heating element stoped working after less than 12 hours of use. Glad that amazons return policy is easy.

Mine are set to 78 degrees and checking with two other thermometers they both were at 77-79 at all times!

Mine arrived with only one suction cup.

I got a response the same day, and they mailed me 2 replacement suction cups.

Hmm ok i sent 4 again and i was told that they didn’t get them!
