Pros

The seller/manufacturer includes a card that steps you through the process to contact the seller and ask for the parts bag. Love the 16 inch size. Made a nice difference in my laundry room.

The sleek design seamlessly blends into the ceiling hallway. Even light distribution illuminates the space beautifully.

Cons

This item constantly flickers at any dim levels. The shade is very thin plastic, and i had to bend the poles back into position to attach the shade.

The leds are not replaceable you have to buy and install a new one. Attempted to contact the seller for a replacement and can tell this is an impossible task. There is a 5 year warranty but yet no contact information is supplied on here so there is no... Read More
