Pros
The prism is a cloudy white color that further results in a very pleasing disused soft light in appearance. The optional 30, 40, 50w is simple to select by the slide switch.
Cons
These panel light are so cheap. Would not recommend.

The lights are easy to install light weight and very bright
In the meantime, i went ahead and installed all of them, and i am very happy with the build quality and the brightness.
We bought these to replace old 4 build fluorescent light fixtures these way about 1/16 of the weight of the old ones.
Product description indicates this is a fixture with standard us type plug installed.
Price
Great price great, light very bright ,money we’ll spend
Was able to buy 3 foot cords and instill but this was an extra $40 not expected plus my labor to install new cabling.

I contacted customer service, and was told there would be a refund for the damaged items, but i am still waiting.
Packaging/appearance
The 6 arrived double boxed, in excellent, undamaged condition and is the same product as the first two i has ordered.
Competitiveness
Comparable lights are much more expensive and these work great!

They are not intended to be used for hanging the panels but i currently have them temporarily installed with the hooks clipped to wire hangers until i get the ceiling grid installed

As it is the hooks are very easy to bend and i was a little worried that i might snap one of them off while hanging the panel from the hooks

Again they are not designed to be used in that way so i wouldnt rate the panels lower for a feature like this

The are intended to be folded over the grid system to prevent the panels from dislodging and falling through the grids

We were able to use half the number of fixtures and yet have considerably more lumens for the area
