Pros

The ability to set the lighting temperature is great! Versatile brightness. Cheaper then home depot or lowes.

This product is exactly as advertised. Works as promised. Great easy upgrade.

Cons

Two of the lights burnt out within the first hour of use. Shipped in a flimsy cardboard box and packed on edge. It looks great but cheaply made. Amico brand appears to be of higher quality construction.

None of the lights flicker, except when lowered too much. Tested 6 of the 12 lights that were shipped, every one flickered on 3k, 3. K. They are not on a dimmer either.

4/12 in a few months does not speak quality.
