Quality
I am very happy with my decision!
I had replaced them about 4 years ago so i wasn't happy with the thought of having to do it again.
The first arrived with the box slightly damages but the interior contents were fine.
Price
I've contacted them directly and, even though i was buying in bulk, they wanted more than what the cost is on amazon.
Shipping
The shipping box was sturdy and provided very good protection during shipping.
I ordered 2 of these and they came separate shipping.
Packaging/appearance
Cut all wire as close as possible to the ballast (there will be 6-12 or more wires depending on how many bulbs are in the troffer).
The packaging however is pretty terrible, both led strips arrived bent.
Luckily they easily bent back in place and worked with no bad sections of the led but the packaging should be better.
The only reason for 4 stars is the packaging.

Note my setup does not use any dimmers or nonstandard switches so i cannot provide any information regarding dimming
