Pros
Simple design - blends in with the room to not take away from any decor. Installing blades was really easy. It's also super quiet.

Would have given 5 stars as the fan was very easy to set up and has smooth easy controls and a very stylish finish.
Super easy to install and easy directions.
Easy to install until the light section which we found difficult to align screw holes.
The mount cover does not quite touch the ceiling, leaving a mm or two space.
Price
Not a deal breaker, but noticeable if it matters.

Do not know how it got bent, as the packaging was intact and had no marks.
