Pros
They really brighten our garage beautifully. I hope they last as long as they advertise. Works as advertised.
A row of 96 leds are taped along the center line. The wiring is simple and the illumination is daylight bright. It's like having some sunshine to cook by.
Cons
These also interfere with fm radio signals so if you like to listen to a radio while you work be prepared for horrible reception. They start to flicker to the point we had to remove them.
Fixture is flush mount directly to the ceiling, cannot just change bulbs. No place for 4 foot bulbs. Led detached from metal housing, would not reattach with plastic pins. Only a replacement for a single fluorescent tube.

These lights did precisely what i wanted them to do and were purchased at 1/2 the price i paid for a similar fixture at lowe's earlier.

The only issue i have to report is that this is designed for exterior wiring connections with the wires coming out the back of the fixture

This would require an electric box behind it to house the connections and meet code
