Pros
Light output is astounding! Better lighting than the old troffers.
Easy to install in drop ceiling.
There was a slight misunderstanding in my order. It's nice to work with a seller that has an empowered customer support team. Some minor scratches on the back side.
Cons
The manufacture needs to improve packing for sure. The wire gauge needs to only be 18 gauge as it is low voltage. Also, the lighing is uneven.

They came when promised, well packaged and undamaged.
I received a replacement fixture within 3 days.
Shipping will likely be the reason one of the fixtures did not work.

Light outputs decent has a switch to change the light output low medium high but i dont really see it difference in the light output or the color temperature when you change that switch

Also one thing to note it does not come with the necessary romex clamp to screw into the punch out for the electrical so you have to supply your own connector

I verified voltage at the wires and double checked that i was terminating on the correct terminals
