Pros & Cons
Pros
The aqua keys are the perfect clicky medium compared to a co-workers razer and logitech which is very clicky. Even though i don't ever find myself using that keypad, it's still tough to imagine giving one up until you've tried.
The keyboard is very heavy and quieter than other mechanical keyboards. From a sound perspective they are quieter than blue, and from a tactile perspective they feel between blue and brown to me. Great for gaming.
Cons
The colors are nice tho, but that's not why we buy keyboards. The keyboard randomly turns itself off and will not respond to any keystrokes.
Tried contacting hyperx with no response. It just throws error 0x80073d05 ad infinitum.
During heavy typing, the caps detach and fall off. The keys require more finger pressure to register. Secondly, the keys are flimsy. The rubber feet are on it and seem to be the same height all around, but it moves!
I get that companies are straying away from including software on cds but. Hardware failures are going to be doa, that's life, but software rendering hardware unusable? That's just sheer incompetence, nothing less.
