Pros
Hyperx cloud is a budget headset from audio-technica. The audio quality is similar to my razer nari's though the mic is much better.
When looking for a new headset/headphones. This is the best headset i have ever owned. The headset is expendable for smaller & bigger heads.
The volume knob is accessible from both sides of the jack which is easier to use. The usb connection works flawlessly. Je l'utilise surtout pour le gaming et le travail (appel conférence) micro detachable, mais bien fait, point d'attache solide.
One for my self and father. Amazing battery life. Great battery. Great sound.
Cons
Tried a coupld times after and never got any answers past the automatic thanks for filing the request answer. Do yourself a favour and spend a couple more bucks and by a real name brand.
Just average headset. The mic however is both far too quiet and awful quality. No sound in right ear cup.
After a few months of use it seems to be losing connection during use. It drops for anywhere from half a second to a few seconds then seems to reconnect. This is quite unfortunate that this happened to me. Cord is very short, like not even three feet.... Read More

For me after a few drops and or cable stretch there is an infrequent intermittent issue where i end up only getting audio in one ear and have to play around with the volume knob to fix it

If i could change one thing about this it would be the two external wires because i feel like i may rip them out accidentally
