Pros
Reviewer says it works perfectly on his alienware aurora r9 desktop. Good packaging and easy to install. No issues with the factory memory on the alienware r9. Much cheaper than getting * by dell for an inferior version.
Cons
The ram is defective. Even when enabling it, it crashes and on my msi it crashed so bad it corrupted my bios! Ram kits are supposed to be tested together, so none of this sounds even remotely right to me. The cl timings are trash, 18- 22-22-49.

Competitiveness
Purchased this to expand my 2021 aliewnare r12 to a 128gb.
Absolutely worth it, looks and works perfectly on my old msi z390 pc.
The first set (hyperx predator 3200mzh cl16 hx432c16pb3k4 ) would not work and my computer would not boot.
Only problem is it's not appearing on hyperx ngenuity beta software.

My stock alienware aurora r10 came with 32gb of ram at 2933 mhz if you know anything about alienware desktops then you know that their motherboards are dumb and are only compatible with certain brands for ram

There was some kind of issue with using 4x 8gb sticks of this same brand which would also cap out at 2900mhz and not allow xmp1 profile even when they did work with the old bios
