A really good stick of ram my laptop bios doesnt support xmp so be wary of thaf but otherwise reliablepiece of hardware

If you are unsure of what speed to order you cant really go wrong unless you go at a way higher speed order whatever you feel is right even if you go a bit over the ram will still work and the worst that will happen is it will just run at what your motherboard can handle

This sodimms specs allow the system to run in intels flex mode with that permanent module where the first 16gb run in dual channel mode and the remaining 8gb run in single channel mode
