I let it sit for a few minutes, and i tell my dog, it's marinating. This gives it time to soak in and soften. It still has a little moisture in it; almost like a marshmallow.
This food is really awesome, and although expensive, it is probably the best food i've seen on the market for dogs. It is pricey but makes a lot. Once you properly mix it with the proper amount of water and allow to sit a while.
It was handled, pleasantly and quickly. Very happy and more importantly annie loves it. My dogs highly approve of this food and so do i. They love it.
Cons

I transferred it to the old bag and am hoping there is nothing wrong with the quality of the food.
Not sure if it really was chicken, or just the quality of the food that made the difference, but we’ll be sticking with this.
Price
I'm betting the money i save on not having to pay for vet bills and dog allergy prescriptions will offset some of the cost anyway.
Due to cost i can’t provide it for 2 big dogs as their primary food.
Packaging/appearance
I mix 2 cups of dry to 2 cups of boiled water and leave it covered until it's cool, then place in the fridge.
