Pros

Highly recommended for anyone transitioning to an acoustic. My grandson loves the ibanez acoustic electric bass.

Quality

The electronics are good, sounds good amplified or acoustic.

All the different woods used in the making give this bass a fantastic tone and the finish is absolutely beautiful.

The bridge and nut are plastic and a few of the frets needed some filing.

Took it to my guys, they replaced the plastic nut and bridge with bone, did a little minor work on the frets and adjusted the truss rod.

Price

Yes, for this price you can't go wrong.

I gave it 4 stars just because i put a few extra $$ in it.

Hard to believe that such a fine instrument costs so little money.

I'd have been less surprised to find this on a $150.

Packaging/appearance

Other than packing for shipping could be better im super happy with this bass.

    One could play this right out of the box but if youre a seasoned player i recommend at least changing out the nut and bridge

    There is a small amount of string buzz so i’ll have a tech look at it when i get a chance but it’s not noticeable unless you’re playing loudly
