Pros

Set up is less than perfect but it is playable. Solid choice for a beginner, or even a seasoned player.

It's well made, with attention to providing the budget minded buyer with a solid well made guitar. This isn't one of the higher end offering from ibanez but it has decent fit and finish.

This is a step up and it shows. Sounds awesome. Would highly recommend. This is an amazing guitar.

At $199. Ibanez always delivers a big bang for your buck. Amazing value for a $200 guitar.

Cons

This is beginner price guitar and no beginner could do any of the things this guitar needs to be playable. Pickups were not installed correctly, switch was broken and just loosely flailing about. All in all workmanship needs improvement too bad ibenez... Read More

Very good quality and plays very nice.

Right out of the box it played incredible even with the factory strings

I couldn't be happier with the guitar, it's a fantastic value, the setup was perfect out of the box (no intonation issues)

For the price i have no complaints.

For this price range you really can’t go wrong.

If i did not know how much i paid for this guitar i would say it was worth at least three times the price.

I knew what i was getting into at this price range.

Shipping

My shipping box was in perfect condition.

While it is almost a joke to knock a guitar for shipping damage or any minor flaw my experience was vastly different.

Packaging/appearance

Neck straightness and action just right out of the box.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this guitar right out of the box.

As a matter of fact took me 20 minutes to remove all the cellophane.

And, the set-up was great right out of the box.

Competitiveness

Good sounds and priced right for the budget.

I don't know how consistent ibanez's crafsmanship on cheap models is/are but it's well worth asking price.
