It's very comfortable sliding up and down the fret board and stays in tune well. The 24 frets are a bonus, the invader pickups sound so good def made for metal. One last note, the fret ends on mine needed a little bit of filing and smoothing.

The factory pick ups are great. Craftsmanship is great. It's seated when in the bolt about 1/4''or 6 or 7 mm. The guitar is light and hangs perfectly.

Cons

Mine was delivered in a thin cardboard box with minimal padding. Buy a jackson dinky. It has a whammy bar, but you can't use it if you want to stay in tune. Yellow frets, finger oil stains, cracks. Would not buy an ibenez again.
