Pros

An excellent beginner-intermediate bass. It sounds awesome hooked up to an amp and it’s quiet enough to practice without bothering anyone. Easy for beginners.

Ibanez is tops and rolls with the times. Rocks like a cat 5 hurricane. Beautiful craftmanship and very sleek.

The 5 string is quite different, the neck is much thicker, so i wouldn't recommend a 5 string for beginners.

The sound is just great with the distortion. Very, very impressed with this instrument.

Active equalization really boosts the bass. The extra boost knob makes it a boomer. Ill upgrade to a stingray and a more powerful orange amp soon.
