Pros
This is my first tremolo guitar. Tuning is a bit of a challenge. Typically you have to eliminate the last two frets two achieve a les paul type tone; positioning of the pickups with relation to the strings.
The tremelo bar has a nice fastening system. The stock pickups are squealy and definitely in the treble range. I have an ibanez rg 120 and this is a step up with the whammy bar.
Back of the guitar is beautiful and technologically impressive. Smooth playing up to the 24th fret instead of smashed fingers at the 17th fret. Monkey grip is for huge hands.
Cons
The fret board wood is fine it comes in extremely dry as they never put conditioner on it from the factory to keep it fresh. Price gouging from extremely cheap materials and terrible qc issues just cannot make up for anything more than it being a visu... Read More

Great quality and playability right out of the box was surprisingly good.
I have an ibanez rg 120 and this is a step up with the whammy bar.
With my peavey xxx combo this thing is a monster with the stock pickups.
Price
I highly recommend it,this is the best guitar you can get for this price end of story.
Packaging/appearance
Just tuned up and locked down right after taking out of the box.
They were somehow able to squeeze more tone out the the neck hb than i've seen in any other rg series.
