It was playable the way it was out of the box, but i couldn't let the bridge be like that.
Competitiveness
The ibanez is well-constructed, especially compared to other instruments costing 50-60% more.
I will replace the factory strings very shortly as i'm mostly curious to see the difference.
It was not even close to matching.
They said it came with low-end strings, but the mandolin itself was better than anything they sold in store once it was re-strung.

Out of the box its sounds great with campfire chords but the action was so high that fretting anywhere past 4th or 5th was out of tune
