I think maybe it could be just a tad more sheer but its not that important to me since if i put stickers on my laptop itll be on the case not directly on it

For the top piece i recommend tucking the two front corners of the laptop into the case then sliding it down carefully finally snapping the two ridges in

It was all good until the top case cracked and i had to take out the whole thing because i had been afraid that it would scratch my mac as well

The only problem i had was that the instructions were very confusing but it took me only a couple minutes to figure out how to put it on
