Pros
It was packaged and protected very well. The pink is a very pale, milky pastel and it’s super pretty. It's durable and i love the matte feel.
Usbc to usb converter is a nice touch and will be handy. It is a little more heavy duty than some other hard shells i’ve had.
Cons
Quality control no longer exists and this is just one more product that meets the miss mark. It takes them forever to reply to your emails, very frustrating. I'm very careful with my computers as they are my livelihood.
The usb-c to usb accessory was broken straight from the package. Horrible plastic, zero longevity. The case is full of fingerprints.

The bottom cover slips off periodically when i slide my computer of my desk andor hold it by the bottom only but the top is locked in place perfectly

The usbc adapter is super cheap and will surely break soon and the key protector is not a good fit and will obscure your backlit keys if your laptop is equipped with them

And speaking of the bottom i ordered the midnight green model and wish that the white rubber feet matched the color of the case
