Pros
The adjustable prongs allow all kinds of bikes to be stored in their proper position. Fits different bike sizes and types very well. This could be solved by adding a little notch to accommodate the brake line.

Well made and nicely finished.
It is very well priced, does its intended job wonderfully. Easy installation, solid design, and works as advertised. One thing they should add is a drill bit and an allen wrench to offset the high price.
Cons
The adjustable gear on the right side is broken. As a result my bike hangs at a strange angle.

The thickness of that bar may be an issue as a number of new bike have increased the thickness of that bar for sturdiness
