Pros
Easy to install and instructions were clear. Easy to assemble. Although easy to install & seems well built.
Looks great and does not rattle or move about when riding. Sturdy and easy to install. Looks stronger than my usual bike rack.
Only glitch is that there isn't a way of clipping in the bottom of the pannier. The brake system occupies the area where the carrier rake would need to be secured. No leeway to change the angle of the rack, but overall works fine.
It's markedly better quality that the two previous carriers i tried. Meets all the needs. Works great. Highly satisfied and strongly recommend.
Light weight, but sturdy. Sturdy and solid once on the bike. I've had zero problems with it. Solid feel after mounted.
Cons

A nut is missing and one of the screws is a manufactured defect: the hole is filled in, alen key won't fit.
This looked like a great carrier rack for my new mountain bike however i could not install.
Price
Thankfully for amazon i was finally able to find one within my price range.
Awesome little back rack for half the price of bike store ones.
For the money, this is a good option
Despite the fact that this item is fairly inexpensive, i found nothing lacking.
Shipping
Delivery was fast, and it's a well made rack.
Now waiting on the pakrak commuter to arrive to make sure everything fits as it is suppose to.
Competitiveness
It's a decent rack, and comparable to most racks of this quality ($45 cdn at time of purchase).

It seems sturdy just needs longer seat stay brackets to fit all bikes and id give it a better review
