No more bungee cords or other straps to get my gear on and off. Looks sturdy and works great with panniers. Going to buy another set for the front of my bike. Good rack for the money.
The welds and coating are nice. Very sturdy, and very adjustable. Sturdy and well built.
Arrived when promised and as advertised. Perfect and convenient storage. Well worth the money.
Cons

Quality
Quality is good, easy to install and it is nice that it will fit our e-bikes
Its a great rack that is very sturdy with a nice powder coated finish that should be durable over time.
The long screws with spacers with the mud guards and the rack just didn’t work.
After a couple of minutes of fetch, i got my tools back and managed to get the rack secured.
Price
Got it for $60 its cheaper because summer's almost over so better grab yours now
I would like to have the clip-on bag but that is too expensive for me at the moment.
Shipping
Delivery was very fast and the carrier seems strong, attractive and light weight.
Waited months for radpower racks to get back into stock, then ordered these.
On my 2023 trek excaliber they just reached with no room to spare.
Competitiveness
The rack was definitely worth the price and is much thicker and sturdier than most other bike racks.
This purchase won’t let you down and is a third the price of comparable racks.
I purchased this rack given that the racks sold by rad bikes are never in stock.

This rack is suitable for ncm moscow plus but you will need a rear rack mount adapter to install it

I was going back and forth between the disk and non disk option and went with the disk option……and needed the clearance
