It fits my pixel 2 xl with a case on it just fine. Holds my galaxy s7 with room to spare.
Bag does everything it claims and does it very well. Has kept my phone dry in moderate rain. These are convenient bags that, between the multiple makers - are all quite similar. Installed on my radrover bike.
Cons
Velcro phone compartment makes it difficult to unlock. Zippers are on the top of the bag making it extremely difficult to get the zippers around the headset/headtube when i open and close it. Bag also slides around doesn't fit securely. Although bag i... Read More
Not the entire strap is hook. It seems to have worked for many but won't work for any cruiser type bike.

Good, doesn't fit my iphone 6plus with the case
Really nice quality, large enough for a number of items and your phone.
My iphone xs max fits in the phone compartment although it is a little tight with the edge case i have on it.
Packaging/appearance
Plenty of clearance for my knees when i'm seated, though i do brush it at times when out of the saddle.
You can use your phone (like check a text) without taking it out of the pouch, right through the plastic.
Competitiveness
It's well-made and the price point was extremely affordable.
This is a perfect bag for my new specialized como e-bike.

I did notice though and this absolutely could have been my screen protector that the plastic was not very responsive to touch and i was not able to easily swipe or key in the password on my phone

This wouldn’t be a huge issue since i can’t imagine how much texting and biking you would be doing but if you are looking for something along those lines i do not think this is what that is made to do

I have not been let down all though lucky i use blue tooth because the phone compartment wont fit a phone with headphones plugged into it

It didn’t interfer with legs or knees jut narrow enough to clear pedaling
