Pros

The velcro is super durable and holds tight too. Great for back pain pain, sciatica, and maintaining good posture during work.

Love my arris back belt. The belt seems sturdy, and the ice pack provides good coverage. The gel pack is sturdy and good great quality. Holds the included ice pack firmly in place.

Fast shipping. No regrets. Looks decent.

Fits mostly comfortable, easily adjustable with the velcro. Light, has a barrier of protection so the cold is not directly in your skin. Very comfortable to wear, not bulky.

Easy to use with or without freezer/heating pack.

Cons

After two months the glue seams on the pack start to come apart and the gel on the inside starts to leak out. I’m assuming the gluing process weakens the material.

I could go several months with no back tweaks and then it’s one heavy deadlift or squat and my back is tweaked.
