Pros & Cons
Pros
Cod liver oil is a good source of nutrient dense omega-3 fatty acid for general health, and for optimal brain function and relief from symptoms of endometriosis. Taking it to boost immune system especially in this pandemic environment.
I'm really surprised that this product is now palatable. All good cod liver oil is pricey but i know it’s good for me. Good product and less costly than carlson brand.
The oil is imported from iceland. My 3- and 5-year-olds even like taking this oil. I was brought up during the time when your mom force-fed a tablespoon of cod liver oil, every day during the winter months up north.
Cons
Mild, slightly lemony taste. Five grams is teeny. Why advertise this as icelandic? Neither reflect the origin or major contents.
