Pros

The taste is much better than tap water and also better than regular filtered water. Our tap water is disgusting, but after filtering it with this, it tastes great. Great device for making tea in the morning, doing both the filtering and the boiling.

System is easy to install, operate, and maintain. Easy to change the filter. It comes out the top with a 1/4 turn twist. Straightforward to use.

The height of the spout just about fits my sodastream carafe when i remove the drip tray. It's compact and portable, making it easy to place on my countertop without taking up too much space. I like that it serves as a water filter and cooler/heater.

The clean water and dirty water are in the same tank so once the dirty tank gets full, it starts spilling over the clean water side giving you filthy water. It begs the question if the water is even being filtered in the first place.
