    The directions say to jump start the car within 30 seconds battery needs to be charged at least 70 and also to disconnect the jump cables from the device first and then the battery

    I am sure if you keep trying to jump start the car many times and with the battery not 70 or more charged could damage the battery

    If you remove the cables from the car first and not the battery than it could cause damage to the device
