Pros
Worked flawlessly with my blackberry and android tablet for synching. No issues with drivers. Works like a charm.
Great vendor with quick delivery. Was set up in minutes after opening the package. Georg from quebec.
Cons
Device is garbage! Performed very off-and-on. The audio it sends to my bluetooth headphones is terrible. Probably there is an incompatibility that the seller did not mention.

Plug and play on my workplace laptop (hp zbook 15 - can't believe it doesn't have built-in bluetooth) running win 7 enterprise 64 bit.
I wear bluetooth hearing aids and it works very well with them too - i can watch movies (not at work of course!
I have had no problems that some other reviews have mentioned, like random disconnects or lag.

For me, this tiny device was just what i needed, arrived quickly and is a bargain.
