Pros

The keyboard is sleek and made well. The mouse is slim and does the job. The knurling on the roller ball is unbelievably excellent.

I like the softness of the keys and an added bonus is that it comes with a silicone? It fits the keys absolutely perfectly. I believe there's a way for me to swap/resent certain key functions.

The mouse is super smooth and glides like butter while being silent. Its noticeable but not too loud. Comes with a rubber like cover that stays on while typing making it even quieter.

Cons

The keyboard has an odd delay, only when i type the first keys after pausing. The keyboard is fine, however the mouse keeps lagging on me.

It is extremely annoying. Sometimes it is completely unresponsive. It is not dependable. But the mouse is unusable.

Navigating the manufactures warranty process led to a dead end and a migraine. Amazon support just completes the cycle of frustration by sending you back to the manufacturer and warranty company.

Price

Great buy for 36 bucks at the time of purchase.

The included mouse is also nice for the price and tracks well.

Shipping

It got shipped to me within a week and meets my expectations.

I contacted customer service and was told that my warranty had already expired.

This came the next day from when i ordered it.

***update: i reached out to iclever directly and they advised they are sending a replacement

Everything was thought out from the packaging to the product.

I accidentally bought one of their competitors (won’t say their name) and i saw and felt a clear difference.

It’s a beautiful keyboard for much less than an apple product.

So, i bought a slightly nicer (more expensive) model and i have been vey happy with it.
