(the other brand's small does fit my older delsey 19" international carry-on size well.

On my delseys the top and side handles are not centered front to back they are closer to the back of the bags

On my larger heavier bag that may be a problem for baggage handlers but less of one on the 2134 bag if its checked it no longer meets deltas max carryon size
