Pros
The only thing that i would have liked is a detachable hood. It is a little tight in the uppermost chest and neck area. The hoodie is folded into a pocket on the back neck part of the jacket.

It's very roomy. Fits a bit big. It's roomy enough to fit over sweaters/sweatshirts. Will fit properly with my winter gear which is an undershirt, thermal long sleeve shirt and long sleeve flannel shirt.
The only cautions decipherable are to not iron nor wring it out. Most waterproof garments require some sort of special care not to damage the waterproof coating.
Cons
The hood is extremely big and supposed to come with a plastic guard to hold it up. Not in the packaging dont have time to return. Would not recommend.

The jacket feels durable and well made.
Quality of the jacke was very durable and good.
The zipper on this coat tore away from the fabric in a months time of use.
The pockets are velcro along with the center, in-between the zipper and the buttons.
Price
For as little as it cost, it honestly surprised me on how nice and how well it performed.
For the money, you're getting an excellent jacket made to help you stay safe on the road when needed.

Packaging/appearance
It may come with intructions for a visor to put in the hood but my product didn't come with them.
The instructions packed with the jacket showed some type of plastic shield or "two double-brimmed hats" but did not come with the jacket.
Came with a bag, which is cool but also unnecessary.
Competitiveness
Finally, the "jacket care" instructions do not seem to follow ftc guidelines.
