Pros

I'm on the curvy side, so i loooove the cinching the shirt has on the sides! The medium is perfect length for my long torso and fit the bust just right. My usual size fits perfectly.

I’m able to wear it without it making me look boxy or bigger than what i am. I'm going to stick it in the dryer to shrink it up a bit and hopefully it will turn out just right.

Cons

The small is too big and baggy for me. There is no x-small to size down. On the model this shirt looks like it is fitted, but it is very loose fitting.
