The top is good for eliptical, walking, lifting and yoga/stretching. The only drawback is that you can't sweat through your brest.

Cons

Not very flattering on because of the front pulls and saggy back. Wierd flattening going on, very low in back, not comfortable.

The bra part is sooo tight! I'm unsure if maybe this was just defective or meant to be, but the fit was disproportionate to the built in bra.
