It's less restrictive & therefore more comfortable for non-aerobic activities. Good for eliptical, walking, lifting and yoga/stretching.

Material is great and breathable. I have each one that has a pattern - fireworks is my favorite. It's tapered and longer in the back and has removable cups in the bra.

Cons

The bra part fits but the back sags so far down that it goes below the waistline. My whole back shows instead of how it's pictured. It’s just super tight and creates a mono bra look. The shoulder straps are so dang tight.

There is no way that these little boots should be fitting into a large. Worst of all i can't send it back because of this pandemic.
