This is a plastic hook the kind of gets nailed into the frame, only it doesn't stay in.
Price
I thought it was rather pricey though, but these hooks are very hard to find in the store and i was happy to find it on amazon.
Priced on the high end for a hook, but there's nothing else available and i don't regret buying 3!

The towel bar did not work at all in my situation as the metal was so thick that i could not close my cabinet doors or drawers when the towel bar was installed

But this over the cabinet hook worked perfectly with the metal being thinner

Also the bottom portion where the towel goes is bent at a degree that holds the towel firmly and it does not slide off

I need to use the heavy duty double sided sticky tape to keep them in place but otherwise the work and fit over my narrow sized inner door think kitchen cabinet thick
