Pros
Strong magnet and jaws keep the holder in place. Works great, strong magnets. My car has an area that is magnetic so you can personalize your dash.
Awesome fridge accessory. Complements my kitchen nicely. Perfect place for storing our family's communal groceries/errands list.
Cons
Magnets are medium strength (no neodymium here), but backing is plastic and stainless steel front is a stamped sheet formed over the plastic backing. Bottom is sharpe and if not careful it can scratch wood surface.
