After less than a month of use there was a film of some sort (plastic? Feeling quite foolish now) it's no longer returnable of course. It's just made with a terrible material. This is second only to buying this useless piece of scrap pot metal.

Very sturdy and no more soggy soap!
Was very impressed with the quality of this soap dish.
I had used a similar soap holder, only brushed silver, for over 10 years and after all those years it just broke.
Unable to comment at this point on durability or sturdiness, but this soap holder looks simple and classy.
Price
Even though these may be pricy to some they are the very best to save your soap and look beautiful.
Seriously, pay the extra few bucks and get this high quality item instead of a cheap plastic one.
I was not sure about it but order it because of the price difference.
But what can i say, for 8 dollars it's a decent, functional soap dish.
