Pros

It depends upon the dvd. But it isn't enough to deter me from using. ok. I exercise everyday using my dvd player.

I am a senior citizen - illiterate when it comes to setting up anything - but i was desperate. The design and layout with the controls are easy to understand and use.

I plugged in my computer speakers & the volume is great! The volume goes up to 20 that's the max. Some seem to be louder than others.

Cons

Returned first one for freezing and skipping, second one is worse. Throwing it in trash as will recieve no refund. Not sure how to contact the seller for a replacement.

This is very poor quality and not at all like it was advertised. This is the worse portable device i have ever ordered. The unit is all plastic and cheaply made.

I am blow minded this is worth my money

Found this one on sale and paid around $70 with taxes and fees.

I bought this because i didn’t want to spend $100+ on one at walmart.

Since it is on the cheaper end it does have some downsides.

She quickly had a replacement dvd player sent to us and we are very very happy!

It arrived on time and was well packed-impressed with the packaging.

I received an email reply the next day, asking me to send a short video of the problems, along with purchase receipt and date.

I haven't received customer service like that in a long time and its because of james that i am overall very satisfied.

Competitiveness

I purchased this along with another one from dbpower and the iegeek's battery lasts almost twice as long as the dbpower brand.

But i can say that iegeek is a very decent company and i will buy more products from them.
