I would advise that the instruction manual does not completely announce to check the antenna before every use as it does loosen and after charging the collar has to be activated so you can’t just apply the collar without activating the collar before each use

Check the contacts points daily as they also can slip slackening and if you test the collar on yourself as i did i discovered that if you are not touching both contact points simultaneously there isn’t any shock

I always check the collar before attaching and one day it wasn’t working which is when i became aware that somehow the transmitter had been accidentally bumped down to two instead of one so just another caution before you head out into the delightful freedom this collar affords you and your furry friendfamily member

The set up of the initial collar was very easy also only took about an hour to charge
