The baby monitor is very good value.
This is a fabulous monitor, especially for the price.
The camera we're coming from (which cost $300) couldn't have the monitor unplugged for more than 2 hours.
We ultimately ended up paying a little bit more for a leap frog and are much happier with the sound and crisp video picture.

I purchased a camera mount separately which is flexible enough to wrap to the crib and the camera just twisted on with its supplied adapter
