It is very easy to learn and teach others as the iconography is easy to understand. There are lots of little nuances to pick up on, but the challenge is fun! Cons-the rules are a bit confusing. Might be a little challenging for beginner gamers.
It's a great family game to play with teens and much more complex than i anticipated. Bought this with next to no expectations for my 12 year old daughter. On the other hand, this game is awesome for adults!

However, all of us competitive players are within 20 points of each other in a 200pt+ game, that's pretty fair.
Well, it isn't a very heavy game - but is highly competitive for seasoned strategy gamers.
