This worked very well for me, well worth the $99.
First, let me preface this review by saying that these are way over priced.
And yes, you will need 2 of these if you are using monitors to mix music, so that's $200 you'll need to spend.
But, i think it is still pricey.

This gnd defender device arrived today and after attaching it to the pc and a quick reboot, i'm happy to say the buzz is gone!

This model goes as high as 220v (will work at 125 us) as my amp is from the eu.

After reading other reviews here and seeing that other rel sub owners had solved their issues with one of these i decided to take a chance figuring worst case scenario if it didnt work i could just return it
